Foundation for Manhood (FFM) was incorporated in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. It was the outgrowth of the vision and work of the Washington Area Coalition of Men's Ministries (WACMM), founded in 1999. The WACMM-sponsored Stand in the Gap 2007 on the National Mall October 4, 2007 drew 24,000 men from across the country and set in motion the opportunity to establish an advocacy and legacy organization for the cause of biblical manhood.
The Foundation's mission is::
Advocate
Engage the media, entertainment, and education gatekeepers of our culture in order provoke and persuade on behalf of the positive contribution of biblical manhood to our society. A monthly electronic newsletter ("Emale") reaches thousands of men around across the country and around the world.
Celebrate
Call together men for conferences to hear the gospel proclaimed and its implications and applications to biblical manhood explained.
Demonstrate
Equip men for faith and life throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region through the Washington Area Coalition of Men's Ministries (WACMM).
